USE OF HUMIDIFY AIR(HUMIDIFIERS)
This will help to relieve your coughing,congestion(from common cold,flu,sinus infections) and other related problems.The aim to use humidifiers is to humidify the environmental air because this will back the moisture into dry nose(respiratory tract),thin some degree of mucous to helps in draining,easier for breathing and relieve the cough.Two types of humidifier the first Warm-mist one and other cold-mist one .Warm-mist is not to use for children because they harm(burn if get closer) them and Cold is more accessible because of low coast ant secondly no heat energy as the hot one require.The cold and hot one both are equally effective.Most important is that to clean the humidifier to prevent a lot of bacterial and fungi(molds) infection by 10 % bleach solution and wipe it down daily.(10% is 9 cup of water with 1 cup of bleach).

Drinking of plenty of water(drink 8 ounce every 2 hrs) helps to clear the mucus and all other gunk that present in environment normally traps into the pharynx.Mouth nose are directly open into pharynx,(common for air and food) then into two separated routes air into trachea ,food into oesophagus if some irritant(dust particles,pollution,mucus..) stuck into the pharynx response will be the cough.Normally the mucus is pull outward by beating motion of the cilia towards the pharynx and deposit there to enter into the gut(digestive tract) if drink a lot of water then this will helps to clear pharynx and no irritation by any foreign substance hence no cough.Due to chocking effective drink water always in steps.
USE LEMON AND HONEY
HONEY have antibacterial properties that helps to clear the body harmful bacteria(that cause cough).Honey has well known vital nutrients i-e calcium,sodium,potassium,phosphorus,zinc,fluoride,selenium... these all require for tissue repair and growth.Honey has property of antioxidant that's why helps the body to clear toxic free radical damage.
LEMON have antibacterial and antiviral properties.They are rich source of vitamin C which helps our immune system to fight against the offending organism,also have antioxidant properties.
RECIPE take 1 cup of warm water,honey and approx 3 table spoon of squeezed lemon juice mix and stir until smooth and take 1-2 table spoon when first symptom of cough start take before bed help for goo night's sleep.
WARM MILK AND HONEY(prevent cough at night)
Add 2-3 table spoon of honey into warm milk and drink before the bed this will helps you good night's sleep.
