SOFT DRINK(BEVERAGES) GOOD OR BAD FOR HEALTH ?!

Soft drink cover all Beverages with added sugar or other sweetener include soda,fruit punch,lemonade,sport drink and Energy drink.
Using of soft drinks now a day is good for health or it is bad ?why we want to know! because the majority even everyone using soda in even couple of hrs across the world(more use in develop countries).
A soft drink is a beverage that typically contains water, usually a sweetener, and usually a flavouring agent. The sweetener may be sugar, High-Fructose Corn Syrup, fruit juice, sugar substitutes or some combination of these.

IS USING SOFT BEVERAGES IS GOOD FOR HEALTH OR BAD?!

Soft drink using is good .

HIGH YIELD OF GLUCOSE IN BLOOD 
Soft drink is full of sugar.By using the soft drink we can achieve high glucose level which is good for high energy work but with in limits. Discontinous use might be ok.






ADDING OF ARTIFICIAL FLAVOUR (erythritol,xylotiol)
 The using of artificial flavour loose weight because they reduce the calorie intake which will help us to reduce body weight.







WEIGHT LOSS
Weight loss is possible by using the diet soda but it has its own risk(discuss later)






GOOD SATISFACTION
People are satisfied about what they are drinking








    • BAD ABOUT SOFT DRINKS 
    Soft drink is bad in multiple ways we collect all by using body system's. 


    EFFECT ON BRAIN

    Excesses amount of glucose in blood reduce the memory and thinking capacity lead to confusion.







    EFFECT ON ORAL CAVITY
    The soft drink contain an acid the citric acid ,phosphoric acid and very low pH (same like drink battery acid) which disrupt the dental health.







    EFFECT ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM (HEART AND VESSELS) 

    Soft drink lead to the various heart problem and stork.Studies shows that approx 48% more chances of develop stork in people using diet soda in excess than who never use or use not excess.







    EFFECT ON LUNGS
    The lungs develop COPD,asthma by excess use of soft drinks.









    OBESITY 
    The using of soda lead to obesity which is the root to different problem like atherosclerosis,heart diseases,strokes a list of diseases associated with the obesity.If you want to cut down the body weight just cut down any type of soft drink.







    DIABETES
    Diabetes type 2 is associated with high blood glucose.First when the blood glucose is high the pancreas release insulin in excess amount to low blood glucose but if regular happen the pancreas is unable to secrete enough insulin lead to non-insulin depended diabetes type 2.







    SOFT DRINK AND BONES
    Milk and soft drink is in inverse relation one goes up and other goes down .Bones need calcium,minerals,phosphate,vitamins(b6,b12,vit D).The some cola provide excess phosphate but no calcium thats why bone degraded instead of growth.







    EFFECT ON KIDNEY

    Kidney develop stones because high amount of glucose is filtered out by kidney and excessive phosphate develop stone .





    ABDOMINAL BLOATING

    Carbohydrate excess diet give more production of gases in the gut which lead to bloating.










    REPRODUCTIVE ISSUES

      Stop using the soft drinks or go with Diet cola(I can not recommend the diet soda).Better not to use, try alternatives.
