OMEGA-3 FATTY-ACID FOOD: (fish..)
  The food rich in omega 3 fatty-acid help to lower down our cholesterol level within weeks .Food contain high level of this fatty-acid in FISH (mackerel,sardines,lake trout ...),flaxseed,soybean,canola .... the fish contain high level of this fatty acid from other.
