PAINFUL MENSURATION (Dysmenorrhea)

BEWARE OF YOUR IRON LEVEL IN BLOOD 

The most important cause of Iron Deficiency Anemia in female of reproductive age(menstruating females) is menstrual excess bleeding(menorrhagia) or bleed more then 80ml per cycle because 1ml loss of blood equal to 1 grams of iron loss so female have very delicate balance between iron and its deficiency so never take excess bleeding is normal and check iron ferritin level if less then take medicated iron supplement.





HOW TO REDUCE
What are the symptom of cramp?
 symptoms are ;pain in abdomen,inner thigh ,lower back,hips feeling of pressure on abdomen when sever bleeding the stomach upset and vomiting ,nausea may occur.

 TREATMENT 
There are two ways to reduce pain either by using the;
Drugs and Normal and natural method

MILD EXERCISE 
Do some exercise ,exercise is the part of your weekly routine.Low level of exercise keep your muscle in active state .




HEATING PADS
warm the abdomen by using the pad either or by changing the position (Lie in different positions. Lying on your side with your knees tucked into your chest can temporarily reduce the pain. Some people say to lie face down on the bed, with your face in a pillow. Stick your butt up in the air. This will relieve gas and help you feel better. Also try lying on your back, keeping your feet elevated by pillows.)

GOOD DIET 
Eat fresh fruits ,green vegetables don't use alcohol coffee ,stop smoking ,try a cup of herbal tea(green tea)! Natural food have antioxidant and vitamin this reduce the pain and regulate the flow.

                                                                                 



ACUPUNCTURE
The fine needle touch is faster perceived in the brain than the pain so if you apply multiple needles this will for sure reduce the pain to minimum .(just chines do)
                                                          

WEAR LOOSE CLOTHES
BY wearing of loose clothes your body is in relax state .



MASSAGE your lower back and abdomen
Just like acupuncture the massage is also same mechanism and helpful.



STOP ALCOHOL
Don't use alcohol this is also harm for you and baby and create problems in bleeding and pain.




  • DRUGS AND MEDICATION 
use of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs), medicines such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, etc.) or naproxen (Aleve) actually reduce menstrual blood flow not just the pain associated with menses. Acetaminophen, while helpful for the pain, is not nearly as effective as the NSAIDs. Many women find that painkillers can decrease menstruL PAIN.DOCTOR's prescription is needed because the NSAIDs cause Peptic Ulcer.
Better to use natural physiological way if required use medication.
