CITRIC ACID (lemon juice)
By using the lemon juice which contain an acid the citric acid which kill the bacteria which cause the acne when lemon juice apply on skin the stinging feeling mean its working!

SILICA IN TOOTH PAST(for pimples)
Use natural tooth past which contain silica (but no sodium lauryl sulfate)  apply onto the pimple over night this is quick way to get rid of pimple.

ICE TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION AND CLOSURE OF PORES
Application of ice onto the acne cause vasoconstriction (shrunken) of the underlying vessels this will help to remove damage acne layer.Ice also reduce inflammation .

TEA TREE OIL (AND BENZOYLPEROXIDE)
Tea tree oil is effective on mild to moderate acne but less than benzoylperoxide which is faster in action and quicker but tea tree is is good for use due to less side effect than that.

POTASH ALUM 
Is antiseptic and reduce blood flow to that acne tissue .

ASPIRIN PAST AND RAW POTATO
Take 1 or 2 tablet and crush make a paste and apply to acne ,also slice the raw potato and apply to acne skin.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Cider or apple cider is use to clear the acne also use to reduce the body .Apple cider Vinegar is antiseptic helps to clear the bacterial infection use as antibacterial agent .


ALOE
Apply aloe gel (or fresh plant is excellent) to face they will help to reduce inflammation ,redness,irritation .


CORNSTARCH,COCONUT OIL ,EGG WHITE.GREEN TEA
Cornstarch; use by making paste apply smoothly and gently to face over night in morning give huge glow.
Coconut oil;moisturized the skin, antibacterial, anti fungal ,reduce the inflammation , redness, irritation.
Egg white;apply to face like mask for 10 min to an hrs when they dry wash with cold water make sure you are not moving your face this will give you amazing glow .

Today the modern World in which we all breathing and the problem which we facing today is not common in past few years .The reason behind is simple; modern equipment which take place the work which is previously done by workers .It is good as well as bad because due to this we reduce a lot of work but bad news is that the people living in that century they lose their habit of physical activity(because of life style,fast food and many more..) that's why now today we suffer from OBESITY,HIGH CHOLESTEROL LEVEL,and other HEART problems.
People are busy in office working and other work.. have no time to spend on physical activity in these condition the TREADMILL help you out to keep physically active and healthy.

CONCLUSION;
I believe the physical activity in open fresh air is better than that of treadmill but if space,time is not available than treadmill is best.Very helpful for females infect treadmill is for females male use as a part!!
